Nancy E. Connell, born on February 21, 1939, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2025. She was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose legacy will live on in the hearts of her family.
Nancy had a vibrant spirit and brought joy to those around her. Known for her sense of humor, she loved dressing up and making people laugh, often leaving a smile on the faces of those she encountered. Her playful personality was complemented by her work ethic; she dedicated many years to cleaning houses, continuing until the age of 85.
She had a passion for reading and enjoyed completing word searches, finding joy in these simple pleasures. Additionally, Nancy was an avid collector of chicken-themed items, a testament to her quirky and delightful character.
Nancy is survived by her brother, Fredrick Jacoby, her daughter Sandra Lamay Jenkins (Robert), her son David Connell (Jean), her daughter Brenda Connell, and her daughter Pamela Marrazzo (Trevor). She will also be remembered by her son-in-law, Walter Brooks, as well as her ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Jacoby and Katherine Moyer, and her daughter, Laura Brooks.
Nancy's memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Her laughter and love will continue to resonate in the lives she has touched.
