Nancy Deaderick

Nancy Ellen Deaderick, age 74, of Knoxville, TN, also of Lenoir City, TN, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
She graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1973 and worked as an RN for St. Mary's Hospital from the late 70's to the early 80's.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Reba Deaderick; partner of 33 years, Lou Dotson; brother-in-law, Bob Sentell.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather (Phillip) Thompson; grandchildren, Brandon (Lauren) Tuggle, Hailey Tuggle and Austin (Tiffany) Thompson; sisters, Sherry (Steve) Franse and Linda Sentell; nephew, Brian (Bethany) Leatherwood; nieces, Stephanie Leatherwood and Lori (Derek) Colburn; great-nephews, Hunter and Trent Collins and Joshua Leatherwood; great-niece, Sarah Leatherwood; special friends, Becky Ambrose and Mickey McNabb.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff at UT Hospice for their care and compassion.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27th at Lenoir City Cemetery with Pastor Dan Mayhle officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Young Williams Animal Center.
