Nancy A. Dow

Nancy A. (Dudley) Dow, 83, of Millville and formerly of New York and Mendon passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 in Milford Regional Hospital with her family by her side. She was the devoted wife of the late Richard J. Dow who died in 2018.

Mrs. Dow had been employed at the former Milford Geriatric Authority in Milford for many years as a nurse's aide.

Mrs. Dow was born in Milford in 1942, the daughter of the late Raymond C. and Martha (Thompson) Dudley. She attended Mendon High School and was the last class to graduate from that school in 1960. In her spare time, she loved caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren, puzzles and gardening. She also adored her dogs Roco and Molly.

Mrs. Dow is survived by four sons, John D. Dow of Bedford, NH, Richard T. Dow of Sunapee, NH, Michael P. Dow of Effingham, NH and Kevin G. Dow of Webster; two daughters, Christine E. Cournoyer of Dudley and Eileen S. Murphy of Millville; one brother, Russell Dudley of Mendon; two sisters, Donna Grimes of Uxbridge and Kathleen DePalo of Epson, NH; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Marsha Munyon and a brother, Irving "Bunky" Dudley.

Visiting hours will be Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 4 – 7 PM in the Buma Funeral Home, 101 N. Main Street, Rte. 122, Uxbridge.

Funeral services will be Friday September 5, 2025 from the funeral home with a procession leaving at 11:30 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 PM Noon in Divine Mercy Parish, 48 St. Paul Street, Blackstone.

Burial will follow in Swandale Cemetery, Mendon.
