Nancy Ducatte Obituary
It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Ducatte, 76, of Newell Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY. Loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, cherished sister, and loving aunt. Nancy's strength, love and perseverance shall be everlasting for everyone who came to know her.
Nancy Ellen Ducatte was born in Nashua, NH, the daughter of Clifford Martin and Marjorie (Lemieux) Martin. She is survived by her loving husband of forty-five years, Gary M. Ducatte; son Chad Avery; daughter Emily Chapple (Ryan); and three grandchildren, Austin, Shaye, and Claudia. Also surviving Nancy are her brother Jon Martin (Konni); three sisters, Liz Stewart (Tom), Sally Stanley (John), and Linda Hamlin (Tom); sister-in-law Ann Martin, along with several loving nieces and nephews.
Nancy was predeceased by her parents, her brother Steve Martin, and stepfather Wally Squires.
Per Nancy's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
A private graveside committal service for family will be held at a later date.
Services were entrusted to Heidrick Funeral Home, 48 Court St., Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
