Nancy Ann Ferguson

Nancy Ann Ferguson, 71, of Naugatuck, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Vitas Hospice Care at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury. She was the loving wife of David.
Nancy was born on June 23, 1951 in Fall River, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Georgiana (Moniz) Leduc. Nancy loved helping others and worked as a CNA at St. Mary's Hospital, Beacon Brook Health Care Center, as well as Southbury Training School. She cherished her family and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed trips to the Poconos with her husband Dave and absolutely loved to go shopping. Other hobbies included baking, cooking and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by her son David Ferguson of Naugatuck; her daughters Tara Bayarinas and her spouse Vincent, and Tracie Ciccarelli and her spouse Nicholas, all of Waterbury; her brother Donald "Duke" Leduc of Portsmouth, RI; her sister-in-law Dolores Leduc of Tiverton, RI. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Brian Trenske and his spouse Alexa, Kaylah Ferguson-Cass, James Brownell, Georgianna Brownell and Joshua Bayarinas, several, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends; as well as her beloved feline companion Princess. In addition to her parents, Nancy is predeceased by her brother Joseph Leduc, Jr. and her sister Rosemarie Gaylor.
Nancy's family will be holding a funeral service at 10 AM on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 785 Highland Ave. in Waterbury, CT.
