Our beloved mother, Nancy Clemente Garcia, age 90, passed away on March 24, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. Born on January 20th 1936, in Batac Ilocos Norte Philippines. Nancy graduated from the University of the Philippines, College of Pharmacy in 1956. She arrived in the United States in 1958 through the Hospital Visitor Exchange Program. In 1961, Nancy married Reynaldo and they settled in Cleveland, Ohio.
She dedicated her professional life to caring for others, working at Mount Sinai Hospital, Shaker Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital and retired at age 79.
Nancy was a beautiful, intelligent, and independent woman with a vibrant spirit that carried into all she loved. She was an avid skier, adventurous traveler and a skilled photographer. Above all, she was selfless - a loving daughter, sister, wife and incredible mother; a deeply devoted grandmother; and a loyal friend whose presence enriched the lives of so many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Judge Florencio and Apolonia Clemente; devoted husband Reynaldo Garcia; siblings Attorney Florencio Jr. Clemente, Nora (Roberto) Arnaldo and Ophelia Andres. She is survived by daughters Regina (Harry) Loucks, Graciela (Brian) Barczyk and Florence (Gary) Sielatycki; grandchildren Alexis, Cameron, Ascher, Lauren, Benjamin and Tess; her sister Chita (Tony) Manfredi.
