Nancy Gilbert Obituary
She was born July 27, 1944, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late James Lawrence and Neoma Kennedy Gilbert.
She enjoyed watching TV, working puzzle books, going to flea markets, and talking to her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, James "Jamie" Snapp; one brother, Eugene Gilbert; three sisters, Geneva Cullio, Hazel Yazell and Iva Jean Adams.
Nancy is survived by her Special Caretakers, Jeremy and Jessica Tully, along with many friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57, Tollesboro, Kentucky, with Brother Jerry Blevins officiating. Burial will be follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026, until the service hour at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Jeremy Tully, Huntly Tully, Harold McCann, and John Grigson will serve as pallbearers.
