Nancy Glenn Kenney Webb, age 84, of Watkinsville, Ga, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025 surrounded by her husband and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucy Kate and Wilson Kenney, sisters Martha Kate Yount, Mary Jane Jones and her twin brother James Kenney, her daughter Susan Delle Webb and a great-grandchild, Logan Anthony John Jarzynka.

Nancy graduated from Athens High School, Class of 1958. She retired from the University of Georgia as office manager of family housing with over 20 years of service. She was a member of Beech Haven Baptist Church for many years and a member of the Glory Sunday School Class. She enjoyed traveling, hiking in the North Georgia mountains and spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 65 years, John Jackson Webb, her daughter, Judy Glenn Webb Smith, grandchildren Lauren Glenn Smith, Jarrett Anthony Smith (Tia) and Frank Jackson Smith (Brittney) all of Panama City, Fla. Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her Lord, Jesus Christ, her family and church. With an infectious laugh, she was a joy to all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 2PM at Beech Haven Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 6PM until 8PM at Lord and Stephens West Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Beech Haven Baptist Church, 2390 West Broad Street, Athens Ga. 30606 or to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 4121Presidential Pkwy Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30340.
