Nancy Louise Gordon, 75, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026. She was born in Calhoun, Georgia, on August 3, 1950, to the late Bo Harper and Marie Christian.
She was a beloved wife, mother, great grandmother, and sister p, as well as a friend to many. She had the perfect roll at Walmart-Calhoun’s where she greeted and welcomed everyone to the store. Her smile would light up any room. She was of the Christian faith, and was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bernard Gordon; children, Phoenix Christian, Reggie (Jennifer) Gordon, Phyllis (John) Harris; brothers, Thomas (Simone) Long, Everett Harper; sisters, Edith McMillan, Roseanne Applin, Mary (Monyea) Christian, Regina Reynolds; sister and brother in-laws, Ruth Gordon, Linda Jean Pledge, Carlyn Miller, Coleman Gordon, Ronnie Pledge; grandchildren, Kyra Harris, Kylis Harris, Ciera Christian, Derrell Christian, Tarvez Dixon, Danarian Dixon; great grandchildren, Nevaeh Harris, Addie Whitaker, Xander Harris, Darrius Fleetwood, Larry Christian, Yolanda Beasley; nieces, Ivy Christian, Jordine Long; nephews, Walter Christian, Labron Bryd, Mark Christian, Marty Passley, Josh Christian, Maurice Long; special niece, Sonji Dixon.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Carlos Calhoun and Rev. Claude Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Marty Pasley, Greg Reynolds, Wesley Jones, Brian Higgenbotham, Anthony Harris, Darrell Harris, Lewis Mann, and Kevin Printer.
