Nancy Gutierrez Obituary
Nancy Gutierrez, 79, of Ranchos De Taos, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on April 25, 2025.
Nancy is preceded in death by her son Don Gutierrez, grandson’s Kelly Beckstead and Justin Gutierrez; parents Benedito Fresquez and Dora Salazar; In-laws Donaciano and Maria Gutierrez; siblings, Peggy Trujillo, Leroy Fresquez and Chris Medina.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 61 years, Fred Gutierrez; brother JR Fresquez; children, Sarah Beckstead (Todd), Rose Gutierrez, Sonia Valdez (Ricardo) and Wanda Cordova (Edward). Grandchildren, Riley Beckstead (Shiilynn), Ashley Bergeron (Alex), Bryan Gutierrez, Tomas Gutierrez, Crichelle Torrez, Andrew Gutierrez, Estevan Valdez (Cynthia), Ariana Valdez, Natalia Valdez, Ricardo (Rocka) Valdez, Marcos Cordova, Samantha Cordova and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the Hospice staff of Red Willow and for their compassion and care of Nancy; special friend, Guinevere Hernandez. Special thank you to Barbara and James Tafoya for all their help.
Rosary will be recited on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9am, funeral mass to follow at 10am at San Francisco De Asís Catholic Church in Ranchos De Taos, NM. Burial will take place immediately after the funeral at Jesus Nazareno Cemetery in Ranchos De Taos, NM.
