Obituary
BEVERLY- Mrs. Nancy (Cotter) Rouleau Jalbert, 91 of Beverly, formerly of Salem, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 7th, 2023 at Care One at Essex Park in Beverly, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late George and Delia (Laureau) Cotter. She was raised in Salem and attended Salem public schools.
Nancy embarked on a long and successful career at Verizon, formerly the New England Telephone Company in their Sales Department. With her happy, outgoing personality it was no wonder she was so successful during her over 25 years of dedicated service to the company.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Nancy worked hard every day to provide a warm and caring home for her family. She relished the times spent surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Nancy found great joy being around children and was happiest babysitting for her grandchildren and for anyone else who needed a babysitter. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneer's, was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting and sewing and especially enjoyed cooking for her family. Nancy will be forever remembered for her caring spirit, her ever-present laugh, her love for her family and will be deeply missed by them and all the other hearts she touched along the way.
Surviving Nancy are her sons, Paul Rouleau and his wife, Dorinne of Stratham, NH, and David Rouleau and his wife, Kelly of Danvers, her grandchildren, Thomas Rouleau and his wife, Nicole, Timmy Rouleau and his wife, Cassie, Joshua Rouleau, Melanie Rouleau, Shawn Rouleau and his wife, Emily and Melissa Estime and her husband, Jim, her 8 great-grandchildren, Ella Fullerton, Maximus Farnham, Sam, Ava, Emma, Adeline and Jonathan Rouleau and Chance Estime, her daughter-in-law, Penny Rouleau of Grapevine, Tx and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Thomas Rouleau.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited her funeral service which will be held at O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS on Tuesday, July 18th, 2023 at 11 A.M.
