Nancy G. Knighton

Nancy G. Knighton (née Pappert) age 73, of Berlin, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025.

Nancy was born on October 22, 1951, daughter to Marion (née Gattinella) and William Pappert and sister to Marilyn and Bill. She grew up in Laurel Springs, NJ and graduated from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University).

In 1973, Nancy married the love of her life, Bob. For 52 years, they built a family grounded in love, laughter, and support. A woman of sharp wit with a dry sense of humor, Nancy brought many smiles to those around her. Travel brought her great joy, especially trips to Italy, which held a special place in her heart. Closer to home, the beaches of Ocean City and Cape May were among Nancy's favorite retreats.

Nancy worked as an award-winning Account Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield for many years before retiring. Outside of work, she loved entertaining, reading, movies, music, and exploring new foods as a true foodie at heart. Family was the center of her world. Nancy took pride in being a loving and supportive wife, mother and Nana, always putting her family first and making every gathering memorable.

Beloved wife of Robert M. Knighton. Devoted mother of Lauren Knighton (Stephen) and Lindsay Weyand (James). Dear sister of Marilyn McCloskey and Bill Pappert. Proud Nana of Elizabeth, Lucas, Jaxson and Weston. Nancy is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 9:00AM - 11:00AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN, NJ. Memorial Service will begin at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
