Nancy Laidler

Nancy Ann (Bryce) Laidler, 88, of Pensacola, Florida, went home to be with her loving Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, on Friday, October 31, 2025. Nancy was born September 2, 1937, and grew up in Brown City, Michigan. In the course of time, she was married to Roland Laidler on May 23, 1959, and they were married for nearly 56 years. They lived at Barnes Lake, Michigan, for 34 years until their move to Pensacola, Florida, in 1998. During her lifetime, Nancy worked in a variety of roles to include, Dental Office Manager, Job Placement Coordinator, and Personnel Manager; but her most important passion was her family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite hobby was sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Violet Bryce, formerly of Brown City, Michigan, her husband, Roland Laidler, her sister Phylis Lowry, and her brothers Bob Bryce and Philip Bryce. Nancy is survived by her brother, James Earl Bryce; and her two daughters, Pamela See and Linda (Marty) Hempstead, six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 5 PM – 7 PM at Burgess Road Baptist Church, 250 W. Burgess Road, Pensacola, Florida. The Funeral Service is Friday, November 7, 2025, at 9 AM at Burgess Road Baptist Church. Interment will be held the same day as the Funeral Service at 11 AM, at Barrancas National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ryan See, Caleb Hempstead, David Cotner, Anthony Silva, Nathan Granger, and Michael See.
