Nancy worked for Iowa Electric as a switchboard operator and Westside Transport before retiring. She loved to shop, often frustrating Bob, but that did not deter her love of finding a bargain and especially a new pair of shoes. She kept a weekly appointment to have her hair and nails done always keeping the auburn look to her hair, never allowing it to go gray. She loved her pets and would pamper them in any way possible. Weekly she had lunch with her girlfriends, (affectionately known as "GG's"), a date she rarely missed. Nancy will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
A mausoleum memorial service will be held at Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids on November 2, 2023 at 2:00p.m.
