Nancy Lewbart Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Healey Funeral Home - Haddon Heights on Jan. 2, 2026.
Nancy Jane Lewbart (née Farrell), age 86, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025, following a long battle with dementia. Born on August 12, 1939, Nancy lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to her family and friends.

Born Nancy Jane Farrell, she was "Daddy's little girl" from the start. Her presence could light up any room, and her quick wit and humor made her a joy to all who knew her. Nancy married Richard Marthins, and together they raised four sons. She wore many hats throughout her life-cook, barber, seamstress, gardener, and craft queen-always finding a way to care for her family. Her dedication was evident in her tireless efforts to make ends meet, including working at Haddonfield Memorial High School.

Later in life, Nancy worked at Campbell Soup Company, where she met the love of her life, Harry Lewbart. They married in 1994 and shared many happy years together, enjoying travel and one another's company. Their love was as beautiful as the sunsets they treasured side by side.

Nancy was predeceased by her parents, William R. Farrell Sr. and Jane Farrell (née Cook); her brother, John Farrell; and her husband, Harry Lewbart. She is survived by her loving brother, William R. Farrell Jr. of New York.

She also leaves behind a devoted family: her sons Randy (Donna) Marthins of Atco, NJ; Christopher (Kara) Marthins of Marlton, NJ; Jeffrey (Debra) Marthins of Sicklerville, NJ; and Todd (Pamela) Marthins of Haddonfield, NJ; as well as 13 grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.
