Nancy E Lujan

Nancy E. Lujan, at age 81, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by family. Fidel and Antonia (Chavez) Garcia are parents of Nancy who was born on May 17, 1944. She married Bill S. Lujan on August 24, 1963, in Torreon, NM.

Nancy is survived by son Bill J. and wife Annalisa Lujan, son Kenneth R. and wife Lisa Lujan, and daughter Michelle A. and husband Eugene Mora, eleven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.

Nancy will be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to care for her family and especially her grandchildren. She made all her grandchildren feel special and always had her home open to them. She worked at a day care caring for infants and toddlers for over 20 years. Nancy was also a caregiver of her mother up until her passing. She loved sewing, crafting and taking care of her yard. She took pride in her home and family. Nancy always made everyone feel special and always had a smile on her face. She was very dedicated to her faith and was a member of St. Anthony church in Torreon.

Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Abie Garcia, parents Fidel and Antonia Garcia, son Christopher Lujan, and husband Bill S. Lujan

Services will be held at St. Anthony church in Torreon, NM on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Rosary starting at 10 am, with the mass following. A reception will be held at the Torreon Community Center following the services and burial.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Lujan, Jonathan Lujan, Daniel Lujan, Andrew Lujan, Matthew Mora, and Jacob Mora.
