Nancy E. McGrady, 88, of Christiansburg, passed away on February 23, 2026.
She and her late husband, David, enjoyed a simple life. Nancy loved to cook, garden, and was a skilled seamstress. She was a good-hearted woman.
Besides her husband, David D. McGrady, Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, W.W. 'Moot' and Juanita Roberts; sisters, Pearl 'Sis' Smith, Frances 'PeeWee' Swain, Brenda Custer, Linda Roberts, and Helen 'Cookie' Hughes; and brothers, John Roberts, Hoover Roberts, and Noblin Roberts.
Nancy is survived by her sisters, Faye Curtis and Peggy Woolwine; and the friends who became her family, Sandra Rakes and Alex Snodgrass, J.C. and Amelia Martin, Dale Rakes, and Jed Dennison.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 27, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
