Nancy L Moe, 87 of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024, with family by her side at her residency. Nancy was born on October 3, 1936, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Nathan and Dorothy (Ramsey) Nutt. Nancy was married in 1953 to the love of her life, Robert L Moe and celebrated 41 years of marriage prior to his passing.
Nancy was a homemaker who enjoyed babysitting her granddaughters through the week, weekend sleepovers and spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy was a big fan of Elvis Presley and loved to listen and dance with her grandchildren to his music.
Nancy is survived by her sons: Bill Moe and John (Kelli) Moe, sister: Pauline Manning, Grandchildren: Bobby, Tommy and Kacy Moe, Billy (Heather) Moe, Michael Moe, Breanna (Greg) Vincent, Shania (Shawn Smith) Moe and Marisa Moe. Great grandchildren: Alyssa (Ron) Koontz, Taylor (Shad) Daily, Nevaeh Moe and Bentley Smith. Great great grandchildren: Annaleigha Koontz and Layla, Paisley and Maizie Dailey, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by her son Bobby Moe, grandson Tim Moe, two brothers: Henry and Eddy Nutt and two sisters Betty Hackworth and Sissy Nutt.
Visitation will be Thursday January 11, 2024, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted Friday January 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes, 34 W 2nd Ave location, with graveside service to follow at Union Cemetery.
