Nancy Frances Morgan (nee Morrison), of Weldon Spring, MO, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late John Robert Morgan; cherished daughter of the late Francis and Bonnye Morrison; devoted mother of Daniel Morgan, Jeff (Drena) Morgan and the late John Robert Morgan, Jr.; loving grandmother of Brittany Morgan, Erika Morgan, Kevin Morgan, Heather (Charlie) Pokorny, Mackenzie (Glenn) Taylor, Mikaela (Shea Vinton) Morgan and Madyson Morgan; bonus grandmother of Julia Allison, Jake Allison, Jennifer Trammell, Christopher Trammell and Kevin Bottoms; treasured great-grandmother of Maverick Pokorny, Colton Pokorny, and Hank Taylor; dear sister to Tim (Judy) Morrison, Peggy (Dan) Weaver and John Morrison; aunt of Steven Morrison, Patrick Morrison, Eric Eckert, Laurie Eckert and Christie Eckert.
Nancy was a compassionate, kind, loving as well as a decisive woman. To those who knew her best considered her a walking angel among us in every way. Always putting others before herself. She had the patience of a saint and was very generous, humble and thoughtful towards others. Over the years she was very socially active and a member of the Red Hat Society, Women’s Golf League and Ladies of Leisure.
Nancy had a special place in her heart for children and volunteered for 10 plus years at The Oasis Reading Program. The beach was her happy place and she loved sunsets, watching the waves roll and the sounds of the ocean. In her free time, she loved watching movies and dinner with her friends, golf, spending time with family and hosting the holidays. Nancy truly was the cornerstone of her family. She was always the one that everyone could confide in.
Nancy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Nancy's name to Wings of Hope Chesterfield (STL).
