Nancy Pinnow Obituary

Nancy Jane Pinnow, age 87 of Newark, IL passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Accent Care Hospice in Naperville, IL. She was born on April 14, 1938 the daughter of Arthur and Viola (Voss) Lindenberg. Nancy was united in marriage on July 12, 1958 to Robert Pinnow and they spent the next 54 years happily together until his passing on December 29, 2012. Mrs. Pinnow was a dedicated church member, first at Immanuel Lutheran and Prince of Peace Lutheran in Crystal Lake, then at St. Andrew in Rockton, and finally at Helmar Lutheran Church in Newark, IL. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Nancy is survived by her children, Paul Pinnow of Crystal Lake, IL and Barbara Pinnow of Newark, IL; her brother, Ronald (Marge) Lindenberg, Des Plaines, IL; her sister-in-law, Esther Pinnow of Fort Wayne, IN; also many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Viola Lindenberg; her husband, Robert Pinnow; also her daughter, Patricia Pinnow.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Helmar Lutheran Church, 11935 Lisbon Road, Newark, IL. Interment will take place in the Mount Auburn Cemetery in Harvard, IL. Friends may visit from 9:00 AM until the hour of service at the church in Newark, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Walcamp in Kingston, IL, Orphan Grain Train, or the charity of your choice.
