A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, at 10:00 a.m. at East Oak Grove Cemetery, 1291 Dorsey Ave, Morgantown.
A full obituary will be published in a later edition of the Dominion Post and on the Hastings Funeral Home website in the coming days.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be made in Nancy Ruhe's memory to the Morgantown Public Library, 373 Spruce Street, Morgantown WV 26505
