Devlin-Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. - PhoenixvilleNancy T. (Toth) Simon, age 89, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Simon, Jr.
Born on March 2, 1936, in Reading, PA, Nancy was the daughter of the late John and Irma (Martin) Toth.
She dedicated her career to bookkeeping, teaching CCD at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and served as the Democratic party leader of her voting district. She later worked part time at JCPenny while helping raise her granddaughters, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to her profession.
A devoted member of St. Ann Catholic Church and formerly of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Nancy is survived by her loving son, Charles Simon, III, and his wife, Leslie Simon. She will be deeply missed by her two grandchildren, Caitlin McCullough (husband Gaelen) and Georgia Simon. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Toth, who was married to Linda Toth.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nancy's life at her Funeral Mass, which will be held at St. Ann Chapel, 604 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will take place in the chapel from 9:45 to 10:45 AM, prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
