Nancy Sparkman Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McNeil's Funeral Service on Dec. 29, 2024.
Nancy Sue (Beeman) Sparkman, age 75, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024. She was born on April 23, 1949, in Roswell, New Mexico, to Isaac Earl and Irene (Harrison) Beeman. Nancy grew up in Roswell, where she graduated from Roswell High School.
She married the love of her life, Ronald Sparkman, and together they celebrated 57 years of marriage. As a devoted wife and mother, Nancy focused on raising her children. Later, as her children grew, she found fulfillment in her work as a baker at Mustang North Middle School, where her many blue ribbons lined the walls behind her serving station.
Nancy's love for Jesus and her family was evident in everything she did. She taught Sunday School and volunteered as a cook at Falls Creek for many years. Known for her sweet but strong nature, Nancy was well-loved by all who knew her. One of her greatest joys was bragging about her children and grandchildren to anyone who would listen. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and loved sharing their stories with others.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Irene Beeman; her brother Johnny and his wife Ruby; and her sister-in-law, Beth.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Ron; her daughter Rhonda Leftwich and her husband Ronnie, as well as their two sons, Tom and his wife Susan, and Chris and his wife Tracy; and nine cherished grandchildren: Meagan Leftwich, Ryan Leftwich and his wife Emily, Ben Leftwich, Linda Sparkman, Isaac Sparkman, Ian Sparkman, Katie Sparkman, Rachel Sparkman, and Brock Sparkman. She is also survived by her three brothers, Gary, Dale, and Ike Beeman, and his wife Candy.
