Nancy Holman Stubbs, 84 of Provo passed away in her home August 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was born January 22, 1939, in Springville, Utah to Dorothy and Louis Dellroy Holman. Nancy married Donald Stubbs, March 9, 1962, in Ely, White Pine, Nevada and later sealed in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple on May 6, 2006, for all time and eternity. Together they had two daughters, Heidi and Patricia Stubbs. Donald preceded her in death February 22, 2005, in Orem, Utah.
Nancy had many hobbies, she enjoyed crocheting, baking, cooking, drawing, rock hunting and most of all serving others. She also had a special talent for singing, she had the most beautiful voice that no one could compare to. Nancy absolutely loved and adored her two daughters and their little families they created, making her a very proud Grandma and Grandma Great. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved and loved to spend time with them as much as possible whether it was seeing Christmas Lights, hanging out at her home or on short getaways, she always made the effort to build a relationship with all of them. Nancy was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where she served in the relief society and compassionate services.
Nancy is survived by her two daughters Heidi (Dan) O'Dell of Provo, Utah; Patricia (Scott) Aiken of Springville, Utah; Sister Lauralee Kirkman of Orem, Utah; Brother Dellroy (Mary) Holman of Washington State; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Donald Stubbs; parents Dorothy and Louis Dellroy; sister Suzanne Peay; Brother Lee Holman. She will be missed dearly and can't wait to join her once again someday and she will have her arms open wide to welcome us in her warm embrace.

My little family call her auntie/grandma Nancy Dancy. When I was little I couldn't say her name with the N so I called her aunt Dancy. She is our auntie but our kids know her as grandma Dancy because she loves them like a grandma should.
The last birthday card was so special that she wrote to our daughter Mckelvey in March cause we all knew she was getting older.
I remember her singing in a church Chappell her voice was loudest in the room and so beautiful just like her.
Her personality was so funny and always loving.
This picture was taken last year on one of our lunch runs we love to drive by her house and make sure her door was open and go get some lunch and a visit.
She liked a cheeseburger a mr pib and strawberry shake, my husband Moe has the order memorized. He loves you and appreciates how you love and was so accepting towards him showing him your kind heart is so appreciated.
If we hadn't seen her for the week she would always call and check on us and never fail to ask how are the kids doing?
She was a good woman and I am grateful for her those, loving, good and funny memories.
I have the last voice-mail saved from your call and will save it and listen to your voice along with your sister and best friend aunt Suzie's voice-mail and will listen to you both when I need to hear your voice.
Rest in love and peace. You are our angel now, we love and miss you and we're really missing our lunch dates.
I hope you and Don are having a great heavenly lunch date today.
Much love from our family to you.

I was so sorry to hear of Nancy's Passing! Nancy was my step sister as her her mother married my dad Ross. I have many fond memories of her when I lived with as a child in Spanish Fork. She was always kind and so very beautiful! I am so glad I got to spend some time with her the past 5 years! She was a beautiful person inside and out!

Oh Nancy! May she rest in paradise! She was our neighbor for years. Such a lovely lady. Always had the time to greed my family. I loved how she used to walk barefoot regardless of the weather to take out her garbage cans! And how she had tons & tons of garden decor all over her yard-she loved every piece! Her memory will always be with us; most specially, mine. I am now the new homeowner to her little blue house. PS you will always have a place in your forever home Nancy!
