Nancy Trainor, 81, of St. Petersburg passed away November 3, 2024, at her home under Hospice care. Born and raised in Illinois, she graduated from Streator High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Margaret Gotch and her husband Bernard Trainor. Nancy is survived by her sister Kathy Gotch; children Matthew Trainor (wife Kara Trainor) and Anthony Trainor; grandchildren Allison Trainor and Amelia Trainor.
Nancy was a very independent and resourceful person who loved life. Her beautiful smile and charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.
Nancy's memorial service will be Friday, December 13, 2024, 11am at St Michaels Church in Streator Il. There will be a visitation prior to the mass from 10AM - 11AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to http://www.unicefusa.org which is part of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and is focused on the global eradication of Polio.

Larry and I will always remember Nancy as a caring fun loving person ....even tho she was afflicted with polio it never seemed to damper her spirits or slow her down
