Nancy L. Waters

Nancy L. Waters, of Medina, passed away on July 29, 2024, peacefully in the comfort of her own home with her daughters and special friend Larry Poler at her side.

Born March 15, 1943 in Medina, she was the only child of John and Margaret (Adkins) Spaulding. Nancy was a graduate of Medina High School Class of 1961. She held various jobs over the years, but the times she enjoyed most was volunteering through the Twigs at Medina Memorial Hospital. Nancy had quite the green thumb and loved tending to her plants. Devoted to her family, Nancy was a very proud and supportive grandmother. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence E. Waters in 2011.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sandy Demmin, Bonnie (Donald) Lotz both of Medina and Donna (John) Sculli of Canandaigua; five grandchildren, Ryan (Seoan) Kenward, Grace (Adam) Best, Holly (Dakota) House, Dinah Metz and Danielle Metz; eight great-grandchildren; cousins, Dick (Deb) Adkins, Geri Licata, Ethel Louise Valentine and Roger (Sara) Adkins; and very special friend, Larry Poler.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, Aug 3 from 10AM-12PM with her memorial service immediately to follow at 12PM at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina. Private interment will be in Boxwood Cemetery.
