Nancy B. White

Mrs. Nancy Burch White age 84, of Axson, Ga. passed away Friday, October11, 2024 at Baptist Village in Waycross, Ga. following an extended illness.

Mrs. White was born January 17, l940, daughter of William and Mariah Corbitt Burch. She made her home in Axson and enjoyed cooking, working with her flowers, fishing and going to church. She was a member of Hargraves Chapel Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin White, Infant granddaughter, Laura Magon White, stepmother, Julie Burch, 5 brothers, Dennis Burch, Ralph Burch, Raymond Burch, Bill Burch and David Burch, 3 sisters, Leona Burch Harrell, Doris Burch Vaughn, and Attie Mae Ricketts.

Survivors include:

3 Sons: Steve and Tonnie Lou White of Axson, Ga.

             Randall and Cynthia White of Axson, Ga.

             Jeffrey and Mardi White of Axson, Ga.

Grandchildren: Steve White, Jr., Stephanie White, Michael White, Gabrielle White,  Abigail White, Joshua White, Raven Mullis and Skyler Mullis.

Great Grandchildren: Brayden Lopez, Zayden Lopez, Ayalyn Lopez, Trisden White, Ezren Paraga. Phillip Davis, Ariana Macias and Braden Macias.

2 Brothers: Melvin Burch and wife Lounell of Axson, Ga.

                   William Jr. “Doc” Burch and wife Rosa of Jacksonville, Fl.

Funeral services for Mrs. White were held 3:00 P. M. Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Relihan Funeral Home with Rev. Clayton Davis and Brother Steve Sirmans officiating. Special music included “The Angel Band”, “If There’s a Phone in Heaven” and “Amazing Grace” rendered by cd. The interment followed in the Axson Cemetery.

Serving as active pallbearers were, Joshua White, Raven Mullis, Raymond Gay, David Burch, Mark Royals and Michael Horton. Honorary pallbearers were, Jerry Burch, Claude White, Fred White, Kenny White and Aaron Royals. 

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
