Nancy Yow

Nancy Jane Yow of Poteet, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025, in San Antonio at the age of 86. She was born on November 24, 1938 to Curry and Ima Jenkins.
Mrs. Yow is survived by her children, Clynt Yow (Janie) and Cora (Becky) Yow; grandchildren, Chance Huschke (Nikki), Shauna Collins (Lach), Kelsie Ahrens (Jeff), Jenna Yow and Tanna Rodriguez (Rob); great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Landon, Brady, Hunter, Laryn, Brooks Charlie, Cayson, Shiner and Ali; sisters-in-law, Dee Jenkins, Fay Jenkins and Dorothy Yow; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Yow; parents, Curry and Ima Jenkins; great-granddaughter, Scarlett Huschke; sisters, Ruth Brumley, Ima Jean Eichman (Sonny); Lorena Cormier (Frenchie), Ann Poyner (Sammy) and Maxine Crouch (Delton); brothers, J W Jenkins (Tootsie), Curry Jenkins, Jr., Billy Jenkins, and Lonnie Jenkins (Shirley); brothers-in-law, Dan Yow and Jimmy Yow; and sisters-in-law, Rozella Richey & Maxine Stolte.
A visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 14, 2025, at Hurley Funeral Home, starting at 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a funeral service on Saturday, at 10:00 also at Hurley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rutledge Cemetery.
