It is with deep sorrow that the family of NancyJo Ann Sermon announces her peaceful passing at the age of 87. She left us surrounded by love on March 15, 2025.
NancyJo was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward, her son Micheal, and her sister Colleen. She is survived by her devoted husband Duane, her children Chris, William and Daniel (Paula), her brothers Dennis (June) and Laurie (Holly), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Will J., Hali (Ryan), and Jesse (Kelley). NancyJo also leaves behind her great-grandchildren Rowan, Catherine, and Magnus.
A woman of boundless energy, NancyJo was an avid square dancer, enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially camping, biking, and walking, where she embraced nature and could outpace anyone who came along. As an Arizona snowbird, she loved the time spent in the warmth of the desert. A truly social soul, she cherished the company of friends and family. NancyJo will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held on April 26, 2025 to celebrate NancyJo. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
