Narciso also known as Chicho, was born on August 13, 1940 in villa de Cura, Venezuela. He is the son of Narciso Perez Acosta and Maria Josefina de Perez.
Chicho married Graciela Virginia Perez Torrealba on May 6th, 1966 in villa de cura, Venezuela in the church of Saint Luis Rey. Chicho and chela were married for 58 years.
Chicho worked as a businessman and was a member of the Catholic Church.
Favorite memories of chicho were how he always asked for one more "caramelito". He loved sweet treats. He enjoyed singing and dancing with his family, especially the "negra tomassa" He loved talking about Venezuelan History. Above all, he was a family man and loved his family with all his heart.
Remaining to cherish Chicho's memory are his wife, Graciela Virginia Perez, his children; Narciso Jose Perez, Maria Fernanda Perez Decker, Maria Alexandra Perez Garrido, his grandchildren; Narciso Gabriel Perez, Zenahir Perez Stewart, Luis Chacon Perez, Alexandra Tarafa, Santiago Garrido Perez, Aleanna Decker Perez, Andrea Garrido Perez, Genesis Decker Perez. His great-grandchildren; Bonnie Perez, Abigail Stewart, Christian Tarafa, Isabella Tarafa, and Isaiah Stewart.
