Nardo M. Yumul

Nardo Yumul, age 81, passed away on December 21, 2025.
Nardo was born in Tarlac, Philippines to Maximo Yumul and Teresita Malihan Yumul. Nardo married Luisa Angeles Yumul of Orion, Bataan in March 1972 in Olongapo City. He was preceded in death by Maximo Yumul (Father), Teresita Yumul (Mother).
He was survived by his wife Lucy, children Bong, Liezel, Nestor, Jayson, their spouses and his 11 grandchildren.
Friends and loved ones are welcome to come to the chapel starting at 2:00 PM. Services for Nardo Yumul will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Hollomon-Brown Princess Anne Chapel & Crematory, officiated by Father Anthony Mpungu.
Nardo, affectionately known as Bong, will be remembered for his sharp mind, keen intelligence, and eloquence in speech. A gifted chess player, he also found joy in bowling and poker.
One of Bong's most meaningful achievements was being granted Special Immigrant Status, which allowed him to bring his family to the United States-paving the way for a better life and opening doors to new opportunities. His legacy lives on in the lives he uplifted and the paths he helped create.
