Natalie "Alice" Greco
"Loving Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother"
Natalie "Alice" (DeCrisanti) Greco, 99, of Middlebury, peacefully entered the gates of heaven on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the VITAS Inpatient Unit at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Vincent A. Greco.
Natalie was born on May 7, 1925, daughter of the late Nicola and Natalizia (Gigandelli) DeCrisanti. She a registered nurse at both Waterbury Hospital and later the Region 15 school system until she retired in 2016. She enjoyed spending time in her garden and was an avid skier into her 90's,
Natalie is survived by her two sons David Greco and his wife Cathy of Woodbury and Christopher Greco of Middlebury; two daughters Carol and Marianne Greco both of Middlebury; a granddaughter Luciana De LaRosa and her husband Aureliano and her two great granddaughters Catalina and Sofia. She was pre-deceased by her sisters, Anne Solury, Mary Cozza, Stella Puzzo, Mary Jane Stewart, Dolores Jacovino, and her brothers, Joseph DeCristani and Lawrence DeCristani
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 16, at St.John of the Cross Church, Middlebury at 11:00 a.m. Calling hour will be held Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m to 10 a.m. at Brookside Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 200 Benson Road, Middlebury. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury.

Your Mom was a wonderful person and dedicated nurse. She was such fun to be with and was always admired for her stiletto heels and cute short skirts. Her vitality never wavered. Her family is blessed to have had Alice for a mother.
