Nathan Ronald Bickers, age 83, passed away on October 19, 2025, in Villa Rica, Ga.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Chesnee Dorsey officiating. Internment will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, Ga.
A visitation will be held on Thursday October 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service at 12 Noon.
Ronald was born on August 3, 1942, in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Mr. Nathan Randolph Bickers and Mrs. Allie Lee Smith Workman. Ronald served in the United States Army and served in the 82nd Airborne. He worked for many years in the construction industry and was very talented in that trade. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially fond of traveling either to the mountains or going on a cruise. He enjoyed square dancing, playing cards and loved listening to Southern Gospel music especially his favorite group Eternal Vision. Ronald was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his children; Rhonda Bickers, Terry Bickers and Timothy Bickers, grandson; T.J. and brother Jackie Bigler.
He is survived by his wife; Kathy Myers Bickers, grandchildren; Rhonda Jean and Kendall, his siblings; Waymon Bickers, Jerri Landrum, William Bickers, Debbie Bivens and Aubrey Workman. Many nieces, nephews and other family members also survive.
