Nathan and Myra were lifetime members of Temple Beth El and B'nai Israel Synagogue. He was a developer of Sun Plaza Shopping Center in Ft. Walton, founder and President of the Bank of Mary Esther and longtime board member of the Oberstein Charitable Trust and the Melba Meyer Trust.

I worked for Mr. Kahn at the Ordons store in Cordova Mall when I was a teenager in the early 1970's. Nathan was an astute businessman who was kind, not only the customers, but to his employees as well. Mr. and Mrs. Kahn were great people to work for and I look back fondly at those times. He will be sorely missed! My condolences to Mrs. Kahn and their entire family.

My Daddy, Ted Peaden, went to school with Miss Myra from a young age. The Khans & Peadens were downtown business people for many years. We love you & are sorry for your loss!

Moving to Gulf Breeze in 1973, I was soon thereafter introduced by my boss, Pratt Martin, to Ordon's and Mr. Kahn. I became a life long customer and a friend. Condolence's to the family. Gene Presley

My father, Gerson Mayer, was in business with Nathan Kahn for many years and regarded him with the highest esteem. Nathan was always warm and friendly to me and my family and I was very fond of him. I am sorry that I did not learn of his death in time to attend his service, but I send loving condolences to all of his family.
