Nathaniel Robert Brennan, age 49, passed away at his home peacefully on September 21st, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones, after fighting a battle with cancer.

Nate was born on March 9th, 1976, in Claremont, New Hampshire, to Elizabeth Couperus and Robert Brennan. After graduating from Steven's high school, Nate went on to travel and study art. Eventually, he settled in North Adams, Massachusetts, where he raised his two children, Immanuel and Emma Brennan. Nathaniel was a fun-loving father.

Nate worked as a cook at many establishments. Beyond his career as a cook, Nate was naturally talented, with an incredible eye and a strong passion for making music and creating art. He created his own music label and collaborated with other gifted musicians around the world. He was known for his humor, warm heart, inclusivity, and resilience. Nate's presence and charismatic energy lit up a room.

Nate is survived by his children, Immanuel Crow Brennan (Amber Lee) and Emma Brennan (Samantha Brennan), mother Elizabeth Couperus, father Robert (Diana) Brennan, sisters Kate (Andrew) LaPointe, Catherine (Stephen) MacLeod, brother John Couperus, and two nephews and two nieces. His stepfather, John Couperus, predeceases him.

Nathaniel will be deeply missed and remembered forever. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 25 at 3 at 139 Bible Hill Road in Claremont, NH.
