Nazha E. (Hashem) Khoury, age 74, of
Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in 1951 in Saida, Lebanon, Nazha was the beloved daughter of the late Edmond and May (Torbya) Hashem. In 1972, she courageously left her homeland to begin a new chapter in America, carrying with her the traditions, values, and resilience that would define her life.
Nazha was the devoted wife of Atef Khoury, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage, a partnership marked by unwavering love, mutual respect, and countless cherished memories. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and faith.
She was the cherished mother of Tony Khoury and his wife Shannon, and James Khoury, and the adored grandmother to Camryn, Jameson, and Emersyn. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into nurturing them with compassion, wisdom, and joy. She was the precious sister of Hind, Marie, Hiam, Beradette, Jeanne D'Arc, Pierre, Claire, and Rania.

Nazha's strong faith guided her through every season of life. She was a woman of deep spirituality, whose devotion inspired those around her. Her home was a place of gathering, where Sunday family dinners became a treasured tradition. With her phenomenal cooking, she nourished not only bodies but souls. Her meals were seasoned with love and her table was always open to family and friends.

She was the best listener, someone who made others feel seen, heard, and valued. Her gentle wisdom and heartfelt counsel will be remembered by all who sought her guidance.

Nazha's legacy is one of compassion, generosity, and devotion. She embodied the qualities of a true matriarch, compassionate, strong, and endlessly giving.
