Cherished father of Brandon (Kevin Gnagey) Goldberg and Lauren (Michael) Iozzo. Loving grandfather of Sonny Lee Iozzo. Devoted son of the late Sheldon and Lillian (née Truppa) Goldberg. Beloved brother of Steven (Laura) Goldberg and JoAnn (Harry) Konstantopoulos. Proud uncle of Niko and Alex Konstantopoulos and Luke Goldberg. Dear nephew to his late aunts and uncles, and loved by many cousins and dear friends.
Neil found joy in simple pleasures - from long days spent fishing to hours in his workshop. His craftsmanship and creativity reflected his quiet dedication and care. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd at 12 noon at the Bernard Horwich JCC, 3003 W. Touhy Ave, Chicago, IL 60645.
Family and friends unable to attend in person may view the service live or anytime afterward on Neil's webpage at www.mitzvahfunerals.com.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Neil's memory may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation at www.pcf.org/donate.
Shiva is to immediately follow at 2425 W. Morse Ave, Chicago, IL 60645. Shiva to continue Monday from 4pm - 9pm.
