Nelia Deanda-Rubi

Nelia Deanda Rubi, age 36, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Nelia left this world surrounded by her family, who will forever cherish the warmth, laughter, and compassion she brought to their lives. She is survived by her loving husband, Tomas Jr. Badillo, and their three beloved children: Alex, Ben, and Sakura Badillo.

To her children she was a source of unconditional love, strength and encouragement. She celebrated every milestone, wiped every tear, and taught them by example what it means to care deeply for others. To her husband, she was not only a partner but also his best friend- a steady and loving presence through every joy and challenge they faced together. Nelia is survived by her parents, Maria Rubi Deanda and Victor Deanda, her sisters, Leticia Deanda and Maria de Jesus Deanda, her brother, Victor Jr. Deanda, and may she rest in peace along her beloved late brother, Misael Deand. Her love for them was endless, and her strength and compassion will live in their hearts forever.

Nelia's generosity extended beyond her own life- through the selfless act of being an organ donor, she continued to give, offering the gift of life to others in need. Her legacy of love, kindness, and service will never be forgotten. Nelia's heart was as big as her smile. She found joy in the simple, beautiful moments of life- family dinners filled with laughter, gatherings that stretched late into the evenings, and quiet days spent with her husband and children. She was always the first to lend a helping hand, offering support and kindness without hesitation.

Though her time with us was far too short, the light she shared will continue to shine brightly in the lives she touched. Nelia will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
