She was the 4th child of seven, of Howard James and Joyce Faye Jenkins. She loved that “middle child” status! Nella never married on this earth, nor birthed any children, but she dearly loved her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Nella was a resident of 107 Loren Ryan Drive, Aurora, TX. She attended Boyd Church of God, Boyd, TX. Nella Traveled and sang full time for 25 years, then became a solo artist the next few years, as well as a booking agent for Hendrix Trio. Her passions were loving her Lord and Savior, sharing the gospel with anyone she came in contact with, singing, camping, taking care of and loving on her family.

Brother – Larry Jenkins (Linda) of Keller, TX, (children Heather Bell (John)and Heath Jenkins), Sister – Judy Gray of Keller, TX (Daughter Jill McCollough (Tommy), Sister – Rhonda Hendrix (Robert) of Texarkana, TX (children Ryan Hendrix (Ashley) and Ranessa Hendrix), (children of deceased brother Carlee Davis (Dylan), Kenzie Boone (Tommy) and Landen Jenkins) Sister – Tonya McDonald (Shannon) of Grand Bay, AL (children Kyle McDonald (Adrianne), Keldon McDonald (Shelby) and Katelyn McDonald. As well as 8 great nieces, and 4 great nephews.
Preceded in death were her parents Howard and Joyce Jenkins, sister Angela Joy Jenkins and brother Kendyll Lee Jenkins.
