Nelson Griffin Obituary
Nelson is survived by his brothers, Glen Griffin and wife Wendy; Jeff Griffin and wife Sherry; sister, Susie Griffin Bridgeman and husband Charlie. He is also survived by a special aunt Rose "Red Top" Parker and husband Vance; and special cousin, Sula Ridings. Nelson leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Traci Griffin Pollock (Dustin), Jessica Griffin Nicholson, Bradford Bridgeman (Shanna), Tyler Griffin and Chris Griffin.
Nelson had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking around. He was a truck driver and he also loved traveling. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed tinkering on small engines.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Deep Run Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Joe Ard officiating. The family will visit with friends after the service.
