Neoma Roberta Isgriggs

Neoma Roberta (Asher) Isgriggs, of Salem, Missouri, passed away Thursday December 4, 2025 at StoneBridge Senior Living, Hermann, Missouri with family by her side.

Neoma was born on August 26,1927 in Lesterville, Missouri, the daughter of the late Monte and Myrtle (McMurtrey) Asher.

On March 13,1946 she was united in marriage to Clyde E. Isgriggs in Ironton, Missouri. Together they had three children and shared 53 wonderful years of marriage together. They lived in many places but settled down in Salem, Missouri. Clyde preceded her in death on July 21, 1999.

Neoma was a member of Salem First Baptist Church where her husband Clyde served as the pastor for many years. She belonged to the Order of Eastern Star, Salem Chapter 186. Neoma was a Sunday school teacher for most of her life and touched many lives throughout those years. She was a homemaker and loved cooking, gardening, spending time with her family and friends, telling stories about her life, laughing, loving everyone she met and most of all spreading the word of God.

Neoma is survived by one daughter, Donna Woodworth of O'Fallon, Missouri; Three Grand Children, Kimberly Lorraine (Keith) of Hermann, Missouri, Jeremy Woodworth (Liza) of San Antonio, Texas and Jennifer Woodworth of O'Fallon Missouri; Three Great Grand Children Manda Rucker (Dugan) of Hermann, Missouri, Amber Woodworth of San Antonio, Texas, Cassandra Pinedo (Fernando Jr.) of San Antonio, Texas; Two Special Great-Great Grand Children, Olson and Truman Rucker of Hermann, Missouri; 1 sister Shirley Hull of Farmington, Missouri and many special Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Reverend Clyde E. Isgriggs, her son Ronald Isgriggs, her daughter Cheryl French her father Monte Asher, her mother Myrtle Asher, her brothers Darrel Asher and Louis Asher.
