She also worked as a transfer station attendant for Santa Fe and served as a bilingual tutor for the San Bernardino City Unified School District.
Neomi was passionate about cooking for her family, friends, and church family. She loved helping others, always ready with a handkerchief, umbrella, hat, scarf, or even financial assistance to those in need. She enjoyed shopping, taking road trips, dining out with family and friends, crocheting, and painting. A dedicated walker, she cherished her daily walks around her neighborhood and downtown Redlands.
Neomi was an active member of Hope Center Church in Redlands for many years, until health issues prevented her from attending in person. She continued to watch services online and remained an avid hymn-singer and Bible reader. She was a prayer warrior, consistently praying for her family and friends. Neomi leaves behind a rich legacy as a faithful follower of Jesus. Her last words were “Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.”
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
