Nettie "Jane" (Nipper) Quarles, age 88, of Queen City TX, died on July 12, 2025. She was born

December 10, 1936, in Macedonia, Columbia Co., AR, to the late Joel Bemis and Fannie Moss

(Hines) Nipper. Jane was raised in the Sharman Community, attended Taylor High School and

was born again in 2002.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, brother Van Nipper (Shongaloo, LA), brother Victor

Nipper (Parker's Chapel, AR), sister Ann Collier (Bussey, AR), and sister June Owen (Sharman

Community, AR), and unborn infant son, Sam.

She is survived by her husband, William L. (Buddy) Quarles of Queen City, TX; two sons-William

L. (Bud) Quarles and his wife, Debbie; and Gregory Ray (Greg) Quarles and his wife Darla; Five

grandchildren - Erin Hayes (Austin) of Stuttgart, AR, Kaila Kline (Shawn) of Hinesville, GA, Seth

Kline, Allison Hayes, Emma Hayes, and Riley Hayes; and many precious nieces and nephews.

Jane was a kind and gentle soul, who loved her family, her faith, and working with her hands.

She had many hobbies that brought her joy. She loved to paint, explore family history through

genealogy, tend to her garden, and work on woodworking projects in her spare time. Whether

she was building something or planting flowers in the yard, she always found peace in creating

and growing.

Her greatest passion was sharing the love of Jesus with others. She enjoyed teaching children in

AWANAs, guiding teens, and leading Sunday School for senior ladies at church. No matter their

age, she made people feel welcomed and loved.

A service to celebrate Jane's life will be held at Beacon Baptist Church in Taylor, AR (10111 US-

371, Taylor, AR 71861), on Saturday, July 26, 2025, beginning at 10:00am, Pastor Karry Easley

officiating.
