Born March 12, 1928 to Harold & Catherine Winrote, at home, in South Bend, Indiana.
Neva graduated from John Adams High School in 1946 and married Irving Wieczorek May 14, 1948. They had three sons, Mark (Cathy Harrington) Wieczorek of Osceola, Indiana, Barry Wieczorek of Nashville Tennessee, and Brian Wieczorek of Galien, Michigan.
She married Darwin Dunning on June 06, 1992 in Saint Bavo Church in Mishawaka, Indiana. She retired from the Communication Department of Saint Joseph Medical Center of South Bend, Indiana on March 12, 1993.
Survivors include 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Marc Wieczorek of South Bend, Indiana, Kevin Wieczorek of Elkhart, Indiana, Daniel (Christel) Wieczorek of North Liberty, Indiana, Beth (Travis Sr.) Bird of South Bend, Indiana, Taylor (Jeff) of Teras, Texas, Jesse & Sean Wieczorek of Galien, Michigan; and a nephew Kurt Winrote.
Preceding Neva in death are her parents Harold & Catherine Winrote; her brother Gabe (Tillie) Winrote; 1 grandson Craig Wieczorek; and both husbands, Irving in 1986 and Darwin in 2011.
A visitation will take place at St. Bavo Church, located at 502 West 7th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544, on April 01, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00am. A private family will take place following the Mass at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

A special moment that I had with my grandma was just being there with her before she passed. I didn't get to see her for a long time, and sadly she didn't get to see me grow into the person I am today. But, being there in her last moments was a blessing. I prayed over her as well as her neighbor. We sang worship songs and I got to kiss her goodbye. I know I'll see her again one day. I love you, Grandma Neva. Give Jesus a hug for me and never let go
