Nick had an infectious laugh, a wonderful smile, and a great sense of humor. He had a heart of gold and was an extremely giving person. Nick was an amazing and loving son, brother, and uncle. He will be deeply missed by his family members, many dear friends and his adored dog Gunnar.
Nick is survived by his mother Kim Ceccarelli; brothers John Ceccarelli and Karl Ceccarelli; sister Monika (Luis) Ceccarelli; niece Madeline Rivera; nephews Ian Rivera and Gabriel Rivera, all of Gladwin, MI. Nick was preceded in death by his Oma and Opa, Monika and Karl Schambeck and his step-father John Ceccarelli Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. Friends may visit prior to the service from 11:00-1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

No words can express the pain and hurt that i feel and i know Nick´s family feels. He was a great person and caring. He was one of my friends. I love you man and miss you so much. He is my Big Homie from up North. Till we meet again. This isn´t goodbye this is see you later homie.
