Nicholas Smith

Nicholas Ryan Smith, age 26, left this earth for his heavenly home on Monday, February 2, 2026, in Charleston, SC. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel with Jon Reaves officiating and burial to follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Vern and Ann Redemer and Grandfathers, Carl Smith and Robert Russo.

He is survived by his Mother Anna Smith, Father Wade Smith and Stepmother Brenda Smith; Sister, Heather Johnson (Colin); Grandmother Clara Russo; Stepsister April Yarbrough (Brian) and nieces and nephews who thought he was the greatest ever.

Nicholas was born on October 22, 1999, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a resident of North Charleston and was employed by Mercedes Benz Van. He loved spending time with his family and playing pool with his mom and work buddies. Nicholas's smile could light up a room. We will cherish the 26 years that we were able to spend with him.
