Nickolas P. Prusovic

Nickolas P. Prusovic age 58, entered into rest peacefully, October 2, 2023.
Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Apathy) for 24 years.
Loving father of Natalie (Clay Johnson) and Nickolas A.
Cherished son of both the late Elaine and Kenneth Prusovic.
Dearest brother of Sylvia Prusovic (Robert Green), Keith and Kevin (deceased).
Dear brother in-law, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Of all the achievements in his life, Nick was most proud of his 28 years sobriety and his two beloved children, Natalie and Nickolas. He was thrilled when his son Nickolas earned his Eagle Scout and grateful to witness Nickolas' graduation from UH Paramedic Training Academy on August 31st. He beamed with pride as Natalie earned scholarships, awards and various accolades as an Honors Chemical Engineering student at the University of Akron. And, we know his Spirit will be with her this May, when she graduates at the top of her class. Nick enjoyed playing guitar (which he taught himself), camping, golf, fishing, darts, horseshoes & the occasional day trips, with Barb, to watch the horses run at Northfield. He was a member of the Printing Packaging Production Workers Union (PPWU). As an active member of AA, Nick developed strong fellowship bonds and lasting friendships, always willing to help others. His presence, in all the lives of those who knew & loved him, is already missed beyond measure.
Memorial service will be held Monday, October 9, 2023, 6pm
at the CANNON-CATVOLOS FUNERAL HOME
