Nicole MacQuarrie

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Nicole MacQuarrie on January 23, 2025. Nicole was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love left an indelible mark on those who knew her. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched.

Nicole found joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether it was spending time with family, sharing laughter with friends, or cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and the Lady Vols with passionate enthusiasm. Above all, she shared an unbreakable bond with her father, whom she considered her best friend, and her cherished furbaby, Marley, who brought her endless love and companionship.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Justina (Tina) MacQuarrie, her father, Chester MacQuarrie, and her brother, Jason Kingsbury.

Nicole leaves behind a loving family who will forever carry her memory in their hearts, including her siblings: Aly MacQuarrie, Jesse MacQuarrie (wife Lynda), Adam MacQuarrie (wife Jamie), Sarah MacQuarrie-Carriker (husband Buddy), and Nathan Williams. She is also survived by her beloved fiancé, Claudia Smith. Nicole was a devoted and proud aunt to her nieces Makaila, Ruth, Shanalyn, Brecklyn, and her nephew Declan. She is also mourned by her extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will greatly miss her vibrant presence.

A celebration of life will be held a late date.
