It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Nicolette G. Winnen of West Virginia, who left this world peacefully on September 3, 2024, holding the hands of her loving children. Born to the late Joan and Guy Golley, Nicolette was a devoted and beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Nicolette's greatest joy in life was her family. She was the loving mother of Stephanie (Corey) Adamonis, Cassandra "CJ" (Thomas) Forsyth, and Raul Pedroza, and the cherished grandmother of Guy, Theodore, Suzette, Eric, and Ryan. She is also survived by her dear siblings, Terry Golley, Dina Golley, Denise Alterman, Cecile Shafer, and Adrienne Vinci. She was preceded in death by her grandson Alex, her brother Timothy Golley, and her sister Stephanie Golley.
Nicolette had a deep love for the simple joys of life, including cats, a good cup of coffee, Disney, Harry Potter, and curling up with a good book on the beach. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In remembrance of Nicolette, her family invites those who knew and loved her to celebrate her life and cherish the memories they shared. She will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends as her legacy of love and kindness lives on.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday September 7, 2024 at 2:30 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hillman Cancer Center, UPMC Cancer Pavillion, Suite 1B, 5150 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 Donation

My heart goes out to you during this difficult time.
I worked with Mom years ago when she was our contract medical coder, and I still think of her. Her kindness and warmth will always be remembered by me. We had some really good laughs while working together.
I will keep her and your family in my prayers.
