Niesha Thomas was born on February 6, 1979, to Beverly Thomas and Wallace Walker. She was the eldest of three children and embraced her role as a big sister and young mother with strength, love, and pride.

God dispatched His angels to bring Niesha home on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

Raised in a close-knit family, Niesha confessed Christ at an early age and lived her life with faith in her heart. She attended Carver High School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she began building the vibrant personality everyone came to know and love.

To know Nesha was to love her. She was the life of every party everyone's favorite "crazy cousin." She was full of laughter, affection, and bold energy. She carried many names -"Not," "Nasha," "Mama, "Grandma," and "Auntie" each a reflection of the love and role she played in so many lives.

Niesha was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Beverly Thomas; sisters Seneria Thomas and Chastity Thomas; four daughters lesha Thomas, Shanya Thomas, Chealsey Thomas, and Jhanya Thomas; two sons Renard Thomas and Julius

Thomas; five grandchildren Iris Redding, Cassidy Thomas, Hunter Redding, Thomas, and Dominic Thomas; four nephews

-Brandon Abrams, Sendrain Abernathy, Chasten Frazier, and Braylen Robinson; one niece Promise Frazier; and one great-niece Winter Abrams.

Though her physical presence is no longer with us, Niesha leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, resilience, and joy. She is survived by a host of cousins, extended family, and cherished friends who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
